William Wright - Patisserie 23
Patisserie 23 is a Bakery stall that delivers delicious French style baked goods including sourdough breads, almond croissants, fruit danishes, filled donuts, quiches, and select decadent cakes and tarts.
William took on this fabulous stall after working hard with Jamboree Events as their Market Hand for Moggill Markets and helping out with the stall when it first opened. Will is a local high school student and got involved with the markets through his Mum Tess who holds Elirese Designs selling fabulous handmade statement earrings.
Will explains that after working hard supporting our markets … I was thankful be offered the business as it allowed me to do something productive in my spare time. I have had the business for almost a year now and it’s gone through a few changes. The items I’ve sold have changed to meet the wants and needs of the customers. I also run the stall as effectively as possible from the way I present my delicious goodies and the way I prepare it.
I have a standard range of goodies that I stock as I know the community love these. Many of my products are also vegan which I know you all love! However the menu will alway be changing with new additions and treats to select from. I nearly always sell out of baked goods at our markets so be quick to get in the queue!
I run my stall at Moggill, Mt Crosby and occasionally other markets and sometimes you can find me at Moggill during the school holidays tempting you with my goodies at the Saint Michael and All Angels Anglican Church. If you have any questions about my baked products you are welcome to come over and ask. Furthermore, you can check out the 4070 Facebook Community Group for my business as my mum usually posts where I’ll be on there.
Just come down to the markets and see what’s out. If you’ve already tasted something from my bakery you could try something else to see if you might enjoy something different. Looking forward to seeing you soon!
