What you will need for your stall:

1. Decide if you would like an inside stall (2x2m with single table and chair provided) or an outside stall (standard 3x3m or large 6x3m stall)

2. For an outside stall you will need a marquee, table and chair - marquees can be found at Bunnings, BCF, Anaconda and Facebook Marketplace for around $100, tables can also be found at these locations. You will also need weights for your marquee to avoid the wind picking them up and causing disaster.

3. Public liability insurance is also needed for all stalls. If you’re just starting out there are insurers who offer daily rates and include AAMI and AIG. Other popular insurers amongst our stallholders are AON, AUZI, NRMA, and YOUI. But check with the insurers you already use for your car and house as they may be able to offer you a better deal when combined with your other insurances.

4. Good photos of your wares are needed so that we can promote your stall to our growing following on social media. Send them here: hello@jamboreeevents.com.au

5. Tablecloths, props, signs, display units are all great ways to make your stall more inviting and to create the experience you want your customers to have when they visit your stall.
